Constant crying / whinging.
Is anyone else’s baby just constantly crying or whinging? My LB is 5 months old and I love him more than anything in the world but it’s really starting to get to me. I feel like I’m doing everything I should be, but he never seems happy. If he is happy it’s great but it doesn’t last very long at all. I honestly hate being at home on my own because I feel so isolated. I don’t have anyone to help me in the week and my partner (who is amazing) works such long hours. I keep thinking he’s teething which he might be, but it is constant.
He’s not very cuddly and only ever snuggles up when he wants feeding or falls asleep on me. I’ve read a lot about baby temperaments which has validated how I’ve been feeling but my god this is HARD. Anyways I just needed to air that out and see if anyone else is feeling the same…

Possibly going through a leap, do you have the wonderweeks app? If not then I would get it, it’s great for telling you when the leaps are happening so you know it’s nothing your doing wrong they’re just being fussy due to those
If you can I would suggest looking at baby groups near you? I go to 2 or 3 a week just so it gets me out and talking to adults 😂 it also entertains the baby without a huge amount of effort from me (my baby is a people watcher 😂) so you get a bit of a break from having to be a constant entertainer xx

Feeling isolated over here too. I have a great support system but am alone with the baby most days or nights. It definitely gets to you. My baby just needs constant entertainment lol it gets so exhausting 😩 😴 we weren't meant to raise babies on our own and are lacking community that's for sure.
