@Kelsey That’s exactly what I think but she has 0 common sense. Whenever he was younger we got into a big argument because she fed cake to my son using the spoon she was eating. She knew we were not doing sugar and she didn’t even think about the fact that he could be allergic to one of the cake ingredients. Needless to say using her own spoon is fucking disgusting but she acted like I was the craziest person on Earth. I would absolutely take him if it was a loved one but to see people that I don’t even know? 🙄
Yeah I say trust your mommy intuition, and you're not crazy ❤️
Your not crazy! I don’t think I’d let my kid with her if I were in the same situation. If you want to take my kid I’m only going to allow it if you are actually involved in their life and not just for 30 minutes a week to show off to your friends.
I can see why if she is in labor and delivery they all absolutely love seeing the babies grown up but if she can’t be there any other time I’d sit down and talk to her either she wants to be a part of his life as a whole or I wouldn’t let her take him only because she is using him for popularity and clout basically
Go with your instincts
Ugh, you're like the 5th person I've seen say their parents fed their baby sugar! Someone else said a grandparent fed their baby PB cups 😳 I don't get why they act this way. It's like being a grandparent removes all common sense.
I personally wouldn't want my toddler in a hospital this time of year unless they needed to be there... cold, flu, RSV, whooping cough, COVID, pneumonia, etc.
