Dinner timing

What time do you do dinner for your 2 year old and do you also do any milk still before bed? Ours is having constipation issues and wondering if too much dairy is a contributing factor. But also interested in general in people's dinner and nighttime milk/small snack routine

We do dinner around 5.30 and 5oz of milk around 7ish she has 3-4 oz

My LG has dinner at about 4.30pm to match the nursery meal times and will have about 9oz of cows milk before bed at 7.30pm.

My son has dinner for 5:30/6;00 depending on what time I get in from work and no milk before bed. He eats way too much during the day to even think about offering him milk…

Dinner at home is around 5:30-6. At nursery it’s 4:30 but she’ll usually eat some of mine or have a snack when i eat at home. She has breastmilk and a small cup of cows milk before bed ( trying to wean her off the boob which is why she has both)

Just to add when she first started having cows milk she got really constipated so i switched to oat milk and it really helped.

Mine has dinner around half 5/6pm. He doesn’t need milk before bed as he eats very well and will typically have a cup in the day or a yogurt x

Mine has dinner with childminder at 4 pm, but we eat around 6ish, so she would have some bits with us, then a maximum of 5oz of oat milk because cow's milk makes her extremely constipated. X

What’s your LOs fibre and water intake like? Are they having enough water and fruit etc to contribute to less constipation? We have dinner between 4.30-5.30 and then do roughly a 7oz feed before bed. Last snack is around 2-3pm.

Dinner anytime between 330-430 as shes usually tired by 530-6ish No milk

My girl has dinner at 530- straight into the bath and bed at 615- no milk- she has some water before bed.
