Infant Cereal

Has anyone attempted to feed infant cereal to your babies yet? What is the recommended age to introduce it? My baby girl will be turning 4 months and I'm getting mixed answers.

6 months or when they are showing all physical signs of readiness. Iron fortified oatmeal is better. It doesn't have to be baby oatmeal, you can just grind up regular, adult oatmeal

Older generations gave cereal before 6 months but it’s not recommended anymore. Unless baby has reflux problems.
