Christmas presents for baby

I was originally due on on Christmas Eve but baby decided to come nearly 7 weeks early on 08.11. I had decided not to get baby Christmas presents this year as it’s pointless, he won’t understand, he has everything he needs and we’ve spent lots of money on him before he arrived. But now his here I feel so bad not getting him anything, I even cried about it, hopefully that’s the hormones lol. What’s everyone else doing this year with newborns? If you are getting presents what are you getting? Thanks x

We r getting my dude things that he can use as he gets older.. bath toys ect ect

We personally aren't getting anything for our little one but people have asked what to get her. We've said a baby monitor, high chair, clothes in the next size up. Things she's going to need in the new year that we haven't gotten round to getting yet.

We are getting one present for our baby born 9/11. Only because we have a toddler and he will notice if she doesn’t have a present. I did consider just wrapping up some of her clothes. 😂 like you say you e spent a ton already and they have no clue. My little boy was 6 months old his first Christmas. We got him one present. Also because they will be spoilt by family. So don’t feel bad ☺️ there will be plenty of Christmas’ where they will have plenty of presents

My October baby is getting one present from us, a memory box. Everyone else in the family will totally spoil him so we are not going overboard

I’m getting my little one nothing, she will be 6 weeks. However family members want to buy her things so I’ve just asked them for things we need like a toy box, book shelf and things to finish off her room and summer clothes in 6 month +

baby girl was born on the 1st of December and im not getting her anything really, im just gonna get a few personalised items i want for her but nothing much, she doesn’t understand yet xx

My little one will be 8 weeks Xmas day, we have 2 older girls who believe in Santa, so will wonder why he isn’t getting anything, so we have got him a few bits for a stocking from “Santa” lol! Only puppets, baby soft books and some teething toys.

I think my little ones too small but maybe a piece of jewellery she can grow into when she’s older and can say that she got it for her first Christmas

Mine will be nearly 8wks at Christmas and if it wasn’t for my 3 year old we wouldn’t give her any presents. But will put one or two things in her stocking from Santa - most likely just wrap up things we already have so her older sister can open them up for her

Our babies were born on the same day! I’ve just bought a handful of gifts that will be useful and engaging for him once he’ll be around 2 months. I’ve only bought like 5 things and I’m not wrapping them either haha. I know he’ll be getting lots of wrapped presents from family though x
