Does anyone else have a gut feeling they'll go early

I'm only 36+1 weeks, making me due on the 2nd. I have this massive gut feeling that I'll go into labour next week or the week after

3rd pregnancy here 1st was 40 + 5 2nd was 38 + 4 This time I'm due on the 31st but will have an elective section a week prior (hopefully get my date on Monday) Everyone who's seen me often think I'll go at 38 weeks and my mother especially thinks I'll go around 37 weeks This time round my pain has been so bad and I'm really struggling to walk more than 5 minutes Myself I reckon I'll go around 38 weeks My last 2 I was able to rest a lot whereas this time I've got 2 kids to look after and school runs a lot, I'm doing a lot more walking and generally just overdoing it with no choice but to do yes I believe I will go early

Everyone seems convinced my baby is going to arrive at Christmas.. but I have no reason to think so. Low risk first baby... The odds are presumably that she'll come after her due date!

@Loren everyone's telling me Christmas as well, my first was born 39+1 so if I go like I did with him it'll be boxing day I go so if they do follow a pattern then there is that chance I'll go Christmas. but the pain I'm experiencing at the moment, the struggling to walk im convinced I'm gonna go very soon

@Kira I've had my mother saying she'll reckon I'll go very soon, I've not been able to lie in any position besides my back for 2 months, I can waddle for 5 minutes before I have to stop as I'm in so much pain but like me and my midwife said, me being in pain is no indication, baby will come when baby wants to 😭🤷

@Alisha-Jayde seriously being in pain is no indication? It really should be because my gosh I can't go another 4 weeks in this pain

My first I was induced, My second came at 38+6. For every pregnancy they say they come earlier and quicker 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm due 25th Jan, but I think it'll be earlier as I have quite a short cervix so I'm more likely to have a pre-term birth, and also they've recently discovered my amniotic fluid is measuring larger than normal so that might mean I'll need to be induced earlier, I'm not really sure yet but I'm getting regular check ups...😬

It's more a fear than a feeling to be honest 😅 I really would prefer baby to be born in January but my first was early so I have no hope lol

@Kira yeah unfortunately not it's the same reason my consultant won't book my section before 39 weeks because pain doesn't play a part in it and I'm only 32 weeks and really struggling 😭

Yeah! Everyone one I know who has been pregnant this year has had their baby at 37 weeks. I feel like I’m destined to have this baby then too 🙈
