First trimester

In need of some coping mechanisms, about 6/7 weeks and having a rough time. Morning sickness has been horrendous, haven’t been able to eat anything for a whole week, all I’m doing besides working is sleeping. The bloat is making me look 20 weeks pregnant. I just feel like 💩. I’m also trying to look after an absolutely crazy 3 year old. This will be my 5th pregnancy, 3 of which have been angel babies. I’ve genuinely never felt like this with them before😭. Any advice would be greatly appreciated😅

Ahh I’m sorry lovely, my first trimester was the trenches. I’ve never felt so ill in my life. It’s worth speaking to the docs if you haven’t already, they might be able to give you some anti sickness meds. These helped me, and unfortunately just forcing myself to eat salty crisps, drinking lots, etc xx

Sorry to hear this! I recommend taking magnesium twice a day, this really helped with my sickness. Also have snacks at hand like breadsticks, mints, salted crisps etc or whatever you fancy. Wear sickness bands 24/7. Avoid big heavy meals if you can, try to have smaller meals but more of them. I hope this helps! ❤️

Speak to your gp for anti sickness. I lost 7kilo between 6-9 weeks, couldn’t leave the house, I’ve never felt so rough! Hope you start to feel better soon and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy 👶🏼
