If I do end up feeling them, it’s only mild discomfort. Currently 30 weeks and the Braxton hicks haven’t bothered me.
I never felt them and I was being monitored for a different reason and they could see them and honestly when I went into labor my water broke but I wasn’t have contractions just period cramps. I figured my period cramps were just so bad I couldn’t tell the difference.
My sister just had my nephew last yr said she never felt one Mr she is very thankful lol
if i had them i never felt it. not everyone does! you can trust your body i promise
I've definitely had braxton hicks that I feel but most of the time if I suck in and intentionally tighten the muscles it'll relax as soon as I do
I was induced with my first kid and the whole time before my water broke the nurses kept saying "that was a big contraction, how are you feeling"...I didn't feel any of them 🤷 just a tightening, but it wasn't uncomfortable or anything. If they hadn't pointed it out, I probably wouldn't have noticed it at all. My Braxton hicks right now kinda feel like that. 🤷
Exact same thing happened to me! I had to go to the OB to get checked and I was having a lot of braxton hicks contractions without even feeling them.
My first pregnancy I did have braxton hicks I didnt always feel or notice... my OB noticed it during one of my visits. I also didnt really "feel" pain in early labor either.
I never felt them in my first pregnancy and now 30 weeks with my second and haven't felt any yet so far either. I'm sure I've read before that everyone does have them but not everyone can feel them but just had a quick Google and all the info on them seems to be a bit conflicting. I don't think it's anything to be concerned about if you can't feel them, trust me you will still know when you are in labour (as I know this is what I was worried about that I wouldn't know as I hadn't felt any contractions).
