Hi! Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause a lot of the other blood counts to fall out of range. I would get this checked with doctor asap and look into whether B12 deficiency is a concern and if you need to get shots / supplements so that orher blood parameters don’t suffer further

Sorry I don’t know exactly what these mean but mine looked similar and I got really worrried and called them up. They said that it’s really normal for some to be out of range and it’s simply because you’re pregnant. Give them a call if you’re worried and they’ll explain it to you
