Throwing up dark brown and blood

I’m 34 weeks pregnant and a first time mom.. had a scare yesterday. Went to the ER yesterday morning cause I woke up throwing up dark brown and bright red blood… upon arrival they wanted to monitor baby… well hooked me up and my sweet babygirls heart rate was over 200! So they made the decision to send me by ambulance to a hospital 30 mins away as there was no Dr. to deliver baby at the local hospital. (Also I live in Iowa, and there was a major ice storm) so I’m in a sketchy ambulance ride in the middle of an ice storm.. lol… They started me on fluids, gave me some zofran and Pepcid… and finally after getting me pumped full of fluids my sweet girls heart rate went back to her baseline of 135… They treated me for a stomach ulcer and esophageal tear… and extreme dehydration causing fetal tachycardia. I’m so grateful my babygirl is okay and out of distress… just thought I’d share…
