One twin crawling and not the other

Hey mamas, does any has this problem both of the twins have their own pro and cons. They are 6 months and Twin A balance on his stomach a like with arms and feet not touch the ground aka ( airplane position or Superman). I try work with him everyday to help him to roll over; I have use a rolled blanket and helped in crawling position and have used toys and side lying to help with this. Any tips? I know that he wants move around like Twin B ( he is such a busy body 😭🥰) . The are both sitting up unassisted and trying to hold their own bottles.

I have twins aswell, my twin A is obsessed with rolling and doing super man position while my twin B is just living life on his back I know my twin b wants to roll and get frustrated when he can’t and we help him but I’m not to worried yet it will happen in time we’ve also used rolled blankets or pillows for rolling time/tummy time I think the only thing that we can do is just keep on trying lol I don’t really have advice but I just wanted you to know your not alone :)

Thank you so much. It’s good to hear from a twin mom that can relate 🥰

He'll do it when he's ready 🥰 you're doing everything to help so one day he'll just do it 😃 My twins have always played chase with each other in terms of milestones, one rolls the other sits, one crawls the other walks 🤷🏼‍♀️ my girls are 14 months now and I have one confident walker and one who will only do it if she's holding onto furniture etc. Unless there are any obvious signs there's something wrong I wouldn't worry and if it's playing on your mind speak to someone about it. I'm in the UK and we have playgroups where there are health visitors to ask advice so don't know if you have similar 🤷🏼‍♀️🥰 x

My ex has twins with his current partner and is in the same situation his boy is crawling but his girl is not quite there yet, she constantly rolls around and they are 1. I’m sure they will catch up in their own time

I have boy girl twins, 11 months. Girl is very inquisitive and crawling around everywhere, boy is very chilled and not moving atm. I am trying to get him stronger with lots of standing practice and tummy time but health visitor said not to worry, it’s only when get to 18 months and not walking they refer to physio. 6 months is great for crawling ! So hard not to compare when have twins isn’t it!

I have boy/girls twins and they both hit their milestones a different times. My son (baby B) crawled, rolled and has started walking all before his sister (baby A). My daughter held her head, bottle, started signing and hand gestures before he did. They both get there at their own pace. She likes to watch him, he tries and tries before he gets it and she’ll just decides it time to start and gets it quickly. Each have their own way 😅

Totally normal. My twins are now 20m old. My son rolled over first, my daughter sat up first, my son crawled first, my daughter took her first steps first, but my son was proficient in walking first. They are individual human beings and will learn and grow in their own personal timeline. It's important to never ever compare our babes to any other baby, even their own twin. They are two totally different people. ❤️

my twin a is the same way. they both hold their bottles, but twin a is stuck in superman while his brother is crawling all over the world!
