Is this normal?
My baby is 12 and half months old and sometimes I call his name and he doesn’t look at me.
He is walking, babbles (mama, papa, na na na, dra dra dra), if I say “hello?” pretending I am on the phone he puts his hand in his ear.
If I ask for him to give me a toy he gives in my hand
I cannot see anything that worries me, is just the fact I call his name and he doesn’t respond sometimes.
Anyone else is the same?

My little one is the same if he’s distracted especially with the tv or a toy , I think it’s pretty normal if they respond 90 % of the time ,my 6 year old is the same if he’s playing on a game or watching tv I have to shout for his attention 🤣 your little one sounds ok to me xx
My baby does this. He’s just busy or ignoring me lol. I’ll be calling and calling and he will literally blank me but he responds most of the time so I think it’s normal!

Sometimes my little one (and my 4 year old) ignore me if they are focused on something else. Could be toys, tv, other kids/adults basically anything 😂. As far as I know it’s not anything to worry xx
