I would take a video of him doing it, and take him to the hospital to be honest.
I would highly recommend finding a new doctor.
Definitely take a video of him doing this asleep and doinging awake. These sound like side effects of epilepsy. I would take it to the hospital and get him seen ASAP.
Hi! We just went through a whole work up for similar symptoms. It could be benign myoclonus (which is totally harmless and something babies grow out of once their nervous system develops). Like others said, try getting the events both asleep and awake on video. If you’re really worried and feel like your doctor is dismissing your concerns, you can ask for a referral to a pediatric neurologist for an EEG or go to the ER and request one. I’ve never had any issues caused by my children being vaccinated. I vaccinated all my children and have been vaccinated during this pregnancy! This child will get vaccinated as well. Make whatever choice you decide is best for you family but I never had any issues caused by vaccines and neither have my children. I would not be okay with myself if one of my children died bc I didn’t get them a jab in the arm! And this is coming from someone who has already lost a son, my first child when he was 2 due to a horrible tragedy so I do know what it’s like to lose a child. This is just my opinion and take on things. I also have never known anyone who has had any issues caused by vaccines either. My uncle died from Covid and a shot would have saved his life. My aunt has to live with this now with out him…
But yes I ageee with the other moms that you need to record him doing this! I hope you can figure something out for your little one!
Can you please list some of these sites where you can read more? Like about actual mothers who it was definitely determined that vaccines caused autism. The paper that one man wrote about that has been proven that it wasn’t a cause of autism. I am interested in learning more though. I do have an open mind. I just never can find credible sources saying otherwise…
Your doc is telling you to go to mom groups???? That’s a red flag. Like some moms have said, take a video of your baby doing it and take them to the ER.
I am not a doctor in any way so I do not know at all, but this sounds like some of the signs of epilepsy? Why would your doctor be so dismissive about this? I'd get a second opinion.
