Throwing food on floor at meal times

Has anyone’s little one went through or going through a phase of just throwing food on the floor? My little girl still sits in her highchair but it’s on the floor like a normal chair, I make her food and she just throws it on the floor and eats some of it; I’m sure I’m making the portion sizes correct and I make things I know she likes but she just throws everything🫠so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. She sits fine mostly if the iPads on with ms Rachel playing and she throws food on the floor if the tv is turned off. Any advice would be really appreciated🙈xx
