I will be 38+6 on my last day!
I’ll be 37 + 2 when I finish off, but having my baby at 39 weeks. I am on holiday from now until 2 Jan though which breaks it’s up a bit!
Im going on annual leave from next week 35 wks. Then mat leave starts from the 20th jan. Defo ready to not be in work.
35 weeks for me couldn't bare working over Christmas for retail so I finish this Saturday!
Working until my due week 😅 but I have a desk job so x
37 weeks for me (this is my last week). I was fine up to last week but this week I’m so so tired and I’m really wishing I was on leave already!! (I’m 36+3)
I finished work on a Friday at 36+5. Labour started on the Monday at 37+1. Gave birth Tuesday 37+2!
I'm on annual leave from Xmas eve as a natural break and 37 weeks, wiith mat leave booked from the 13th (week before due date) x
I'm finishing tomorrow 🥳 will be 36+5. Although, as i work in a school, i get the Christmas break as normal, then my mat leave formally starts on Monday 6th Jan, my C-section date, when i will be 39+2
I work in the NHS and was struggling so bad, I had 1 week annual leave and started maternity leave when I was 36 weeks x
I’ll be 38+1 on my last day x
I'm finishing tomorrow at 35+4 as I'm using up annual leave/my work closes for Christmas - I technically don't start until 6th Jan. It has been a struggle these last few weeks to keep pushing through, not sure how us mums to be juggle it all 😵💫 x
I started my mat leave at 30 weeks… as soon as possible, very impressed by you all working til much later!
35 + 1 and finishing Friday. I’m self employed and my clients shut down over Xmas so made sense to end this week and let my replacements I’ve hired take over from January. I’m also exhausted, suffering with insomnia and working with the perinatal mental health team to fix that so not having work is one less thing to not stress about

I work in a school so I'm finishing this Friday, I'll be exactly 37 weeks. This week has been the worst so far. I'm so so tired and everything hurts!
If it wasn’t for Christmas I would be going till 36 weeks but due to Christmas I’ll be 34 weeks
I’m starting leave in 36. If I have to work any longer I’m afraid I may quit entirely
Currently 35W, due 22nd Jan planning on working until 17th… people are saying I’m crazy but as long as I feel okay I’m going for it 🤣
Wow I'm amazed most of you are pushing through so close! I need my sleep and 'me' time. I work a desk job but it's mentally killing me with the workload so I simply can't wait now 😂 thanks for sharing and hope you all enjoy and get some 'you time' where possible before baby arrives ❤️
@Nissa I feel you there 😂🥲
I was planning on going til 39 weeks but going at 37 now cos I'm just so exhausted and over everything 😂
Last day tomorrow 🙌🏻 I'm almost 35 weeks!
I'm 37 weeks tomorrow but finishing up on Tuesday🥳xd
I’m starting at 34 1/2. I work in complaints so just wanted out of my job Cus it was getting too stressful 😅 these next couple of weeks is holiday though, and then mat leaves officially stays at 36 weeks
37+4! I’m struggling so much as it is 😅
I’m there with you, I’m only 34 weeks but I’m not planning to go until 39 weeks so I’m pootling along 😂 thank god for Xmas in the middle
@Beth agreed! So happy I get a little respite and then only in for 2 days before Mat leave starts on 6th Jan at 36+5 🙏🏻
Ahh nice! I’m holding out til 17th Jan 😂 feels miles away
I took mine at 35 weeks, I’m not allowed to go past 39 weeks though and my job is very physical so I was struggling. I’m now 37 weeks with roughly two weeks to go. I think each to their own, if you can manage then go on girl!! If not that’s okay too, take it easy or try to, it’s so hard isn’t it❤️ Pregnancy at this stage really is the trenches x
I'll be 38+3 on my last day on Christmas eve. Technically my mat leave doesn't start until my due date, but my work closes over Christmas.
