Food

At 7 months old my baby eats mushed up food vegetables, pasta. Is this okay or should they be eating more solid foods? As I see online, some babies will be eating pancakes, toast and munching on whole items EG broccoli

Do what's best for you and comfortable 😀. Tbh my LG is 11months and she's just established having porridge 👌, she still even has 4bottles a day , I made her brocoli the other day she gave me a death stare lol Also o think it takes at least 10 tries before a kid takes a liking to something x

BLW is best to get them used to solids, really. There is a page called Solid Starts, which shows you how to serve them all different foods appropriate to their age.

It totally depends on your baby. If she is happy with what you are doing - you can try her with more whole foods and see how she gets on some. Some get it straight away, others take more time

I get so scared to try my baby with soilds Im scared of choking but , be really enjoys anything I give to him unless it's too tangy, I just don't want to be keeping him behind but thank you I will check out that page

Get your self some recipe books too. Ella’s first food is great
