Milk ladder

Hi ladies. Are their any moms who have used the milk ladder with their babies. My little boy has just been introduced to croissants and i don’t know if I can add anything in the inside so it doesn’t taste so plain for him. Any help would be appreciated. (Picture of my boy so we don’t get lost)

Has your little one got cmpa? You could make some jam or use vegan philidelphia. To make jam just cook up some frozen berries, mash them down then add chia seeds to thicken to jam consistency (I made it today and my little boy loved it) he has cmpa also.

We did it with our eldest at 13 months after he was diagnosed with ige cmpa at 4 weeks old (it caused him to have seizures from 10 days old that caused him to stop breathing completely and go blue and floppy in my arms on two occasions out of the near 150 he had over the span of a week before we found the cause) so my advice would be use anything vegan or jam etc until you're at the later stages of the ladder. Have you started the ladder already as 7 months is a lot earlier than they normally recommend x

Hi, were advised to do the milk ladder at 9 months at the very earliest but they recommended 12 months for us. I'm assuming your baby has cmpa too? But flora is dairy free and just like butter.

We don’t know what he has… we were told milk allergy at first xx

Hi! My little boy who is 7 months we use the milk ladder currently with his weaning we tend to try use more dairy free stuff say a croissant we’ll use sunflower spread

My little one has CMPA, realised at 8 weeks, he’s 17 months now and we can’t get passed the biscuit stage (1/8) 🤦🏼‍♀️ going to be a while for us I think… Like others have said, vegan Philadelphia, jam, plant based butters can all be added x
