Brussel sprouts?

Now, I love a brussel sprout.. but the Mr does not like vegetables so the idea of a sprout to him is 🤢 To his credit, since starting baby on solids, he has tried carrots, broccoli, sweetcorn and corn on the cob, mangetout and swede! Funnily enough it's been the green veg he's not been completely negative about so I'm hoping to convince him to try 1 sprout at Christmas. With that in mind... any amazing recipes or ways of cooking that may just sway him?? I used to love frying them off in loads of butter but baby is dairy free so no butter anymore. We've got frozen sprouts if that makes a difference.

Do them with bacon lardons and a cream alternative x

We fry them with roughly chopped bacon, onions and cranberries.

Try with pancetta, or pancetta and chestnuts. https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/brussels_sprouts_with_12803

Try just frying them in olive oil I'm dairy free that's how I cook everything when it says to cook in butter. Xx

Chop up finely and fry up with onions, mixed herbs and a few shakes of Knorr Aromat, black pepper and garlic granules. Can add other spring greens to distract him
