This guy stresses me out

Today I get the email that our phone bill is late. He's supposed to be the one paying that monthly. But he keeps making late payments and it stresses me out every time I see that email. His credit card was also briefly frozen due to a new charge and the bank was like "hold up, is this fraud?" (It wasn't) He didn't even bother to make the phone call to fix it for weeks until I pestered him to do it. Now all of the monthly subscriptions have bounced. (Namely Spotify and Disney+) Which was for both of us. Now they don't work and he doesn't seem bothered to want to fix it at all. I am the primary parent, a stay at home Mom. He only pays like $50 of my rent. My sister financially helps me out way more than my own husband does. If I don't remind him to clean bottles EVERY time, they don't get done. Same goes for taking out the garbage or the diaper Genie. Sure, it's nice that he'll watch out daughter for the evening every 3 days or so, so I can have some recooperating time. But it is worth it for the cost of everything else? No talks have helped improve anything. I don't know what to do, but I'm beginning to consider seperating all finances like some kind of gradual phase out
