Try going to therapy, journaling. Honestly?? Vitamins really helped me during this time to get back to being myself it’s not easy but try your best not to isolate. Isolation made everything worse tbh

I’m sorry to hear that and I pray things get better overall I’ve recently started therapy it’s covered with Medicaid I’m not sure what kind of insurance you have but look into grow therapy start journaling and write down your feelings I’m also for reading and studying my bible but look for things to better yourself and talk to someone about your feelings🥺🙏🏼
