When did you guys first give your children sandwiches?

We've been doing them from about 12 months. Started with peanut butter and banana, but have also done cucumber sandwiches and yesterday, a toasted tomato. I just cut them into strips and she eats the pieces.

Okay I was thinking 9ish months x

Toast sandwiches 10 months, none toasted 12 months

Around 12 months. They’re pretty claggy so I wouldn’t give until LO is a confident chewer x

I started around 12 months after dr told me they could eat basically everything

My son had sandwiches at 6 months. My daughter is 1 year and has never had a sandwich. She is not confident and struggles with textures however my son ate EVERYTHING xx

My son don’t eat bread and if I make a toast sandwich he will just deconstruct it and throw out the filling

@Shay mines obsessed with toast, he has it probs 3 morning a week!

I started with sandwich thins about 10/11months, generally with a smear of cream cheese or Hummus or peanut butter. Moved onto proper sandwiches probably just after he turned 1
