Air bubbles formula

Hi, Is this amount of air bubbles normal for formula? Thank you!!

I wouldn’t have thought so but I don’t ’shake’ formula, I swirl it so baby doesn’t take in too much air.

I don’t get that many air bubbles. We swirl the bottle, rather than shaking it :)

It can happen. LB is on anti-reflux formula and it requires shaking, otherwise it clumps up. The bubbles can make the little ones gassy so we add a drop of Infacol and it gets rid of the bubbles ☺️

Swirl bottle and don't shake it is what we do.

I do swirl 🫣 that’s from the prep machine!

@Mantha do you add infacol to the bottle? Does that help babies wind problems? X

@Hannah I think I might have actually seen it suggested here on Peanut initially. And since for the anti-reflux formula the bottle has to be shaken, I tried it. Seems to be working well! Just a drop in the bottle after we're done shaking and then I swirl it a bit.
