Planned c section

So I'm having a planned c section around 39 weeks. I'm currently 37+2 I was told I would find out this week by email my date and time. For those who have been through planned c sections. How long did it take for you to be given a date?

Second baby nausea…

Is anyone else struggling with nausea more with your second pregnancy? With my wee boy it didn’t really kick in from what I remember around 8-9 weeks (I remember trying to hide it in work haha) but this started on Saturday at 5+5 and I have felt AWFUL! I know every pregnancy is different but my god this is not…

It really started to get uncomfortable in 3d tri

So aside from suffering with all kinds of GTI issues, i now hit my 29th week. And i can absolutely say that starting with my 28th (right when i hit 3rd trimester) it became unbearable. Even when i eat little portions it feels that my belly is about to explode. For real! It is hard to breathe with my full lungs. I...

Should I count the 4 weeks and one month separate? The one month mark doesn’t fall on her 4 weeks and I’m just curious how to count it.

Any mamas going thru the same?

I have had my ob since June and at first she was great but for the past couple weeks she has been very short on our appointments. She has shown up late which I could understand the first couple times but it has been a constant thing. I have voiced my concerns and she just brushes them off as normal pregnancy symptom...

Feeling disappointed

Had my 38 week appointment today still zero meters dilated and my BP was high. They’re making me go in and get labs redone for pre eclampsia. Ugh! This is so discouraging I just want my baby boy to be here and be with me.

30 weeks & not maternal

Hi everyone. I’m 30 weeks pregnant with my first child, a baby girl. However I am not feeling maternal at all and it’s making me feel so guilty and like I’m going to be a terrible mum. I have some pregnant friends who are literally obsessed with their bumps, talking to them all the time, constantly buying things f...

Boy or Girl…any ideas?

I don’t understand the skull or nub theory, but curious to see if anyone has any guesses? This was at 13+4 weeks, and the sonographer gave us her guess but I’m interested to see what others may think 🤗

When does it get better

My baby girl will be 9 months this week and I’m 7 weeks pregnant which I just found out last week. I feel way more scared than the first time around. Idk if it’s because the first we tried for and this second pregnancy is a surprise. Or if I’m terrified to have 2 little ones so close in age. Just wondering when the ...

First Midwife Appt

So I had my booking appt with the midwives last week, 2nd pregnancy but daughter was born prem 7 years ago. They’ve marked me as high risk? (I think because of my daughter being born at 33w previously) but now also prescribed me aspirin to take every night. Is anyone else in a similar position or has been prescribe...

Cravings and aversions making me stressed!

I’m a bit of a fitness freak. I’ve struggled with body image really badly for a long time and the way I deal with it is eating right and exercising everyday. However it’s so hard to manage when the thought of the healthy meal I have planned makes me gag and all I was it nuggets and chips (beige stodgy food) and on t...
