Anyone thinking of introducing a pillow/duvet?

When is the time to start using these I’m only 16 weeks but my sides are starting to ache and last night I kept dreaming my sides were being pulled, is now the time for extra support?

When did you buy your pregnancy pillow? I am 5+2 and also sleep with our sausage dog in the bed who is currently clingy with me. I wake up with backache and what feels like a stitch most mornings but wondered if it was too soon for a pillow

Is a hot water bottle safe to use on your back during pregnancy as it’s very hot and I don’t know if it had to be a certain temp like when they tell you not to have hot baths?

Pregnant with my first, 12 weeks and uncomfortable already. Looking at pregnancy pillows and just looking for some recommendations. I almost always end up on my back in the night and this is terrifying for me in terms of still birth risk. Does anyone have any recommendations for pillows particularly for back sleepers?
