Is anyone else’s stomach slightly sore when standing up / moving about 8 weeks after their c section? It’s hard to pinpoint where I can feel it but I think it’s just above the incision xx
I feel really misled and deflated about my elective c-section, had a previous trauma with a pregnancy loss and wanted a planned controlled situation this time. Booking c section has been really delayed as I was told there’s no space at the moment, and today have found out it has been scheduled for next week, 3 days ...

If you had an induction, did the midwives suggest a good time for the birthing partner’s to go home and rest before the main event? I’m anticipating it could be days and I’d much rather my partner go home and rest when there isn’t much happening than watch him pace the room or sit fidgeting because he’s nervous whic...
Just curious. I’m 38 weeks and was advised to harvest colostrum from 37 weeks by my midwife. At first it was quite thick and very yellow. Now it’s clear and watery with a yellowish tint. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this?
If you had to be induced for your first pregnancy but was able to have a spontaneous labour the second time around at what week did that happen for you? Was it on or close to the week you were induced? Much longer? Before the week you were induced? I'm nervous on what to expect this time around. I am so grateful t...
Today is day 5 after c section and I’ve had the dressing taken off earlier. It felt okay with the dressing on but now they’ve taken it off it’s really tender and painful when moving. Has anyone else found this? Is there anything I can do to help other than taking painkillers?

Hi ladies, I wondered if anyone had a UTI after a catheter as I’m in so much agony going for a wee 3 days later, if so did you take anything to help? I’m 5 months PP and only recently came out of the fog with my baby. Here’s my story, I started out with a normal process, waters broke naturally about 7am 4 days before due date, laboured on the ward overnight for 24 hours before being brought down to delivery ward the next morning at about 10am laboured there until...
I have been awake since 10pm last night with what I would describe as moderate period pains. Roughly every 10 minutes that last for a roughly a minute. I also started to lose my mucus plug this morning which was slightly pink/brownish and I’m still losing parts of it now. Waters haven’t broken and I’m 38 weeks pregn...
Noticed that my breasts have started leaking… mostly after my hot showers and relaxing in the evening is when I notice it more, anyone else leaking already?
Hi everyone, what do you do once your waters break. I know you can’t control the water when it starts coming out so do you wear a pad? Do you sit on the toilet? What do you do
So I am now 38+2 and only just been given my c-section date for next week! I’ve been told I’m on the morning list. I’m a FTM so never ...

Did any mamas get really nervous before C-section and took a Benadryl or Tylenol on the way to the hospital?
I'm having my first C-section due to my twin boys being breech next week, and I'm just wondering what are the best ways to recover without hurting myself in the long run. I already know I'm going to be uncomfortable after the surgery, but I just want to know what other mama's did after they had theirs
The past 2 days I’ve had pains down below just like when they did my sweep last week the pain I had after that but this isn’t going I’m not sure if it’s a sign that labour is near 😩 I’m so uncomfortable and I feel like something is there. But no loss of mucus plug or waters
