I'm driving myself nuts every night over every little thing that could be 'wrong' with me. I've convinced myself I'm going to die soon honestly, it's making me unable to sleep or focus properly. I'm going to make a GP appointment tomorrow to address one of the issues, but it gives me so much anxiety I haven't even...
How has everyone been dealing with congestion? I’ve had a blocked nose since 9 weeks and I am now 22 weeks. Vicks doesn’t work and the Olbas nasal inhaler doesn’t help either 😩 I just miss breathing at this point
I’m 35 wks pregnant and ALL DAY constantly I’ve been having lightning crotch. I also am carrying incredibly low the past few days. Today during spicy time I also kept getting horrible lightning crotch. The pelvic pressure and back pain is so bad it keeps me up at night and rolling over literally brings tears to my e...
I’m 35 weeks and 2 days and woke up to constant period like cramps in my abdomen and lower back. The pain kinda subsides when I lay on my side but as soon as I get to a sitting position again or walking around it comes back. I also started losing my mucus plug Friday and don’t know if this means I could be in labor ...
I have my belly pierced had it for 8 years but all of a sudden since at 10 weeks my inner belly button is red/pink but it is not sore. Has anyone else experienced this? I have taken my belly bar out
Looking at statistics it says between 15-25% of women do. Feel free to share stories to encourage others who may be going through it.
I’m 35 weeks and I’ve been getting the worst reflux especially at night to the point when I lay down I’m literally sick in my mouth and it’s just going up and down all night it’s awful 😭😭 rennies aren’t cutting it anymore
My LO is just over 6 months old and still hasn’t rolled over. She is my first baby so unsure if I should be concerned by this. She is sitting well unaided and will roll onto her side but doesn’t seem to be able to or want to roll onto her tummy at all. Is this normal or should I be concerned? Thank you!
When did you feel your baby move in your 3rd pregnancy? I'm 15+3 and i can feel so many movements! Is this normal? 😅
Does anyone else also feel like you’d be eating more if the food was being made for you? Thinking of what I even *want* to eat, getting the items and making it - I’ve had enough of that 🤣 I need a chef haha!
I’m 35 weeks pregnant and dread going into bed. Because I’m so uncomfortable and in so much pain. My hips and pelvis hurt so much. I’m getting about 3 hours a night. I just can’t get comfortable and going to the toilet about 5/6 times and feel so sick. Anyone else feeling like this?
We’re 1 week into 4 months and it’s floored me. I haven’t showered all week or washed my hair! I’m hanging on mentally by a thread! My baby just will not be put down but equally doesn’t want to do anything. No activity lasts more than 2 minutes without a total meltdown. Bed time is taking 3hrs ish for her to fall a...
I stay in pain like crying pain from acid reflux it feels like I’m drinking acid and it feels like air is trapped in my stomach but I can never burp it out is this something normal or should I worry
Hi, just looking for some advice really. It’s been 6 weeks of rough sleep with the 4 month regression and I’m feeling really run down. I don’t know if this makes a difference but I exclusively breastfeed so I do all the night wakings. For the last week I’ve felt constantly nauseous and weak, I think I’ve just reache...
My precious girl was born on Thursday the 16th January! I had lots of labour symptoms for around a month before she was born! Started bleeding and having bad back pain on Monday and hospital sent me home, went back on Tuesday and they sent me home again even after saying I had reduced movements. Booked me for an ...
I've been really holding onto the fact it gets easier but at 4.5 nearly 5 months I just find my LO harder than ever I feel a lot more tired (not sleeping through) and he just seems to cry even more. I assume teething etc so I do feel bad but so many people said after 3 months it gets so much easier and I'm just not ...
Someone please tell me increased movement can be a sign of labour coming? Im so uncomfortable and sick of being pregnant, and she’s decided to start a boxing match with my ribcage and just won’t stop! Can increased movement mean something is going to happen soon?
Any one else exhausted 4.5 months in or is it just me? I thought I would feel like this at the newborn stage!
If you’ve had mastitis, what were your symptoms?! A bit of context: On Friday, I went to A&E (phoned 111 and they told me to go to my GP but the GP told me to go straight to A&E) with suspected mastitis and sepsis. I was shaking uncontrollably, freezing cold, felt sick, felt like I was going to faint, head felt ...
I have this niggling pain on my right hand side above my bum. Anyone else has this?
