My 20 month old is refusing to eat. Ive tried EVERYTHING: pancakes, eggs, yogurt, rice, nuggies, pasta, you name it. She fights back so hard. Today she ate 2 cookies, 2 bites of a cracker and 2 bites of toast. She will drink full fat milk all day if she could (She has 4 8oz bottles a day)I am getting very frustrated...
I’m currently giving my 8 month old 2 meals and a snack per day. Hoping to increase to 3 meals per day by 9 months. Wondering how often are you feeding (solids) your baby?
Hello! My LO will be turning 6 months in 2 weeks. She has tried mashed banana and pureed carrots and will have her try strawberries this week. I really want to do BLW. How did you do it? Did you give her 1 type of food at a time or can be assorted per plate? For example, eggs + avocado + strawberries.
My baby is currently 5 months. But hasn’t rolled. Doesn’t sit on its own. His head still wobbles. So idk if he’s ready to have anything other than milk?
How's the best to catch a toddlers vomit, I've tried a bowl and she just turns away from it, I've already changed beddings 3 times🙈
How can I teach my baby to chew and put small amounts of food in the mouth? He vomited while eating puffs, and I saw big pieces of food like he was not chewing enough. I never leave him alone but I look and thought he was chewing well.
My son’s daycare teacher has concerns that he could be showing early signs of autism and the reason she thinks that is because he is refusing to touch/finish his lunch box. Basically she doesn’t want to feed him and wants him to finish his lunch box independently. Last Monday, she took a video of him showing how dis...

Baby girl is quite good with veges and carbs but we're struggling with protein! Egg has been my go to but she seems to have gone off it a bit now. I've tried different meats and fish but she struggles and doesn't tend to eat anything. What protein sources are you giving baby and how are you serving it?
Random question, but how is everyone eating? Like, eating breakfast/lunch/dinner? I have a baby who won’t be put down and hates a carrier, so have been skipping breakfast and lunch now for a couple months (I know I can eat whilst holding him, but making food is another story!) But recently, I’ve been really struggli...
Baby boy is 4 months old and his Doctor has invited us to slowly start introducing solid foods. When did you decide to start solids? We will still give primarily breast milk until well beyond a year.
Our Doctor has invited us to slowly start introducing solids. Has anyone else started? Is it too soon? He can sit for brief periods of time unassisted but we are still working on balance.
Any suggestions on how to start or where to start. Today doctors told me I need go rarity due to one of my twins having dairy issues and what good snack brands that are dairy free. Have no idea what to eat or not little stressed about it
My girl had steamed greens and moussaka (lamb, potato, aubergine in) for dinner. I use some kefir plain yoghurt at times to make greens more creamy on taste (dip them in it). (Chopped kale, tenderstorm broccoli finger food, smashed peas etc) She just would eat and eat at times. Today some came up (she’s not bother...
So my son is currently on hypoallergenic milk, I tried him on baby rice last week and it seemed to cripple him has anyone got any tips on what to try and wean him on?
My LO is 5 months and we are getting closer to complementary feeding, but I’m feeling so anxious, I have no idea how to do it, how many solid meals I have to give him? what time of the day? how I give him water? (I saw it’s not recommended to give water in his regular bottles), what food should I give him? how many ...
Hi, my little one is just over 13 months now and is being extremely fussy with food. She eats breakfast of porridge / Weetabix / fruit and then lunch she’ll have sandwiches or omelette or similar but anything else she just refuses to even try. I make her pasta and rice dishes with veg but she just says ‘no’ and turn...
Just found out, as my son turns 1, that he is intolerant to dairy, oat, coconut... among many many more 😭 I always suspected, but doctors dismissed all of his symptoms. I'm having major mum guilt right now for not pushing and giving him a regular cows milk formula for so long. Doctors won't prescribe him any milk…
My little one is 2 in December and she’s so weird with food. If I cut fruit up and put it in a bowl or on a plate, she won’t eat it. If I put it in a small pot, sometimes she’ll eat it. However at her grandparents when they give her a small pot of fruit she eats it no problem. I was always told to show them when you...
Help! He won’t eat anything at dinner times and other meals are becoming a struggle too. He’s suddenly got an aversion to everything. I couldn’t even get him to eat potato waffles and they are usually a sure get! What do I do?
