I’ve got a nutri bullet which I thought I’d be using for blending vegetables and fruits however it says you cannot blend warm or hot ingredients as it can cause built up of pressure and explode. How am I meant to blend veg otherwise?

I use MAM for my son & have found it produces quite a lot of bubbles when mixing. I’ve tried swirling bottle for a while instead of shaking and doesn’t seem to make much of a difference 😕 has anyone else got this problem & suggestions to prevent it happening?
