Does anyone struggle from neck and shoulder pains? I exclusively breastfeed my LO and that is causing my neck and shoulser pains since I am always looking down. Plus, she likes sleeping in my arms (3 months old), so the ahpulders are taking a hit. Do you guys have any advice?

Anyone else experiencing D-MER? I exclusively pump, but truly don’t know how much longer i can pump. I get so angry, sad and overstimulated while pumping and it’s just getting worse and worse. I truly don’t know what else to do. I’m 5 months pp and it just recently started.
