How do you know if you have low progesterone?

Ahh good to know. Thank you
Hey I’m in the same position, always spotting from day 21 until I start my period. Sometimes I find it difficult to distinguish between them. But I’m now on progesterone pessaries for 3 months. The consultant says there’s no guarantee it’ll work, but I feel like at least I’m trying something which will either help or I can rule it out. Other than that I’m just on prepregnancy / trying to conceive vitamins.

Thanks for replying, hopefully they work for you. Let me know how you get on x
I’m half way through my second cycle on these meds and will start them again on Thursday. But even after the first week of using them I noticed I had minimal spotting and a more obvious period. Whilst it may not be enough help for us to get pregnant, I do feel like they made a difference
Look into Proov Balancing Oil. I’ve only used it for one cycle (12 days before) my period & it seemed to reduce the spotting before I had my period.

They don’t do it in the UK 😩
Hello there! My name is Roxy, and I have luteal phase defect. I created a group called TTC With Luteal Phase Defect Advice & Support! Feel free to join so we can start a community of women who all have this issue and help each other out! ☺️ https://peanut.app.link/CBK7cwZu9lb
Brown spotting for a week before my period starts, so the doctor thinks I have a hormonal imbalance but says that there are mixed reviews that prescribing progesterone for it is beneficial when TTC.
