Uterus shape?

Hello! I am currently pregnant, and the baby has been extended breech the majority of the time. She's never been head down. This is my second pregnancy like this. I went for an ECV today to try to turn her, but they couldn't move her past a certain point on both sides of my uterus. My consultant thinks that since both pregncies have resulted in the same presentation and they can't move baby that possibly my uterus shape is narrow. My previous section notes don't mention any uterine shape abnormalities, but I wondered if anyone had any similar experiences?

@Debbie my baby's bum was lodged in my pelvis so it was a bit painful trying to move her out of there but I had gas and air and that helped. After they finished the pain/uncomfortableness left. They gave me a muscle relaxant first and warned me I might feel a bit teary, heart might race and feel panicky so when they stopped I definitely did feel a bit teary and could feel my heart racing but the effects have now worn off so it doesn't last long.
