Gym

I find this odd and funny , is there a reason a partner should be in disagreement with you going to the gym . I was 65kg before pregnancy now I am hitting almost 80kg 😂😂 . I am losing my self confidence my type of clothes I am not able to wear them anymore My partner anytime I tell him I am going to register with the gym he will say there is no point you can train at home . Home that there are no equipment? , I even got an all ladies gym he still say Noo What could be the wrong

If it's even an all ladies gym I really don't know what his problem could be! Unless he just really loves your new curves more than you do, which I suppose is possible, but personally I think you feeling good in your body is more important

That’s weird and sounds like he’s insecure. I’ve finally been able to go to the gym (since my baby went to daycare a month and a half ago). I wanted to get back to feeling like myself again so I go in the mornings before work and on Saturdays. I’m feeling great that I’m able to get my body back to where I want to be. You need the release the gym gives you that home doesn’t. He sound a little controlling to me.

Maybe he’s envious you’ll get in shape and look better than him 😄

🤣🤣🤣🤣 Babe it’s baby weight that weight will drop off of you after the baby is born. You can do light exercises like pregnancy yoga or pregnancy swimming if you reallly feel like you want to. My partner gets scared when I tell him I want to work out 🤣

I would just walk out and go it’s not up to him it’s up to u I go gym 4 times a week and feel so much better in myself

But were you informing him or asking his permission.. he’s saying no, like you are asking permission to go to the gym

Is it a financial thing?

Is it financial or the fact he doesn’t want to “babysit”. Or you won’t be able to go enough to make it worth while.

It’s the opposite to my hubby, he encourages me to go! We always used to train together but obvs now one of us needs to look after the baby. I’d say your other half is either insecure, worried how much it’ll cost or doesn’t want to look after the baby.

Yea maybe he doesn't want you to get in.shape. does he train?

I would just go 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Janae no he doesn’t but he said he wants to

@Karen not financial and I even told him I could take the baby and train because he doesn’t cry as long as he is well fed

@Nana I was informing him he said it is not necessary, that I should train at home , home that there is no equipment

@Kamille true
