Pain while urinating

I’m sure I’ve seen this asked and I tried to search but clearly “wee” and “pain” wasn’t good enough 😂 I’m 38 weeks tomorrow. Each time I’ve been for a wee today I’ve had a sharp pain in my right side, it goes as soon as I’ve finished and doesn’t happen any other time. I think a few people mentioned a UTI on a post I saw but I don’t have any other indications of one and I drink a lot of water so I would be surprised? Has anyone had this and it been something else? I have walked a fair bit today and think I over did it but just seems odd I only get this when weeing. I am also having a lot more period pains and back cramps this evening if that means anything. I’ve got a midwife appointment on Tuesday so will mention then if it’s still bothering me.
