Baby kicks feeling weird

Usually my baby kicks or movements are up higher , even though she’s head down they would always be above my pubic bone , recently I’ve been feeling kicks ONLY IN MY PUBIC BONE and the hurt so bad , has she worked her way further down ? Is that a sign that labor is close . It feels like the kicks from 19-25 weeks but way stronger and painful
