Work out Goals

Not doing so good at keeping up with my gym days but doing well with my daily ish walks. I started jumping rope a little while ago but today I cleaned house, walked, jumped rope, and my sciatic nerve is KILLING ME!! I laid down to rest and I couldn't roll on my side to get up and I'm so hungry!!! So I'll give up jumproping for now. Maybe I need to add some prenatal yoga or something

Question for anyone who knows would it be better to do yoga before or after a walk? I'm thinking yoga in the mid morning and walk in the late afternoon.

Do yoga or Pilates in the morning to clear your mind and anxiety before your day. Then go for your walk afternoons You will see a big energy boost in a few days
