anyone from the UK

Hey, I take a wide range of supplements because I am finding it hard to eat whilst pregnant so I don’t think I would be getting all the nutrients I need without them. I am a big fan of British Supplements & Apenutrition for supplements! They have incredible newsletters & the products are truly radical, no random ingredients used as filler, they make sure the supplements are made from natural plants/herbs or healthy animals so that they are as easily absorbed as possible! Feel so grateful to have access to companies like them in the UK Especially when there is so much misinformation circling about supplements doses & how good they truly are for us. For example, at one of my earlier scans, I think maybe 16weeks, I was given a free sample pack of Nutricare, & considering ingredients are listed in proportion, first ingredient being the largest, Maltodextrin being the first ingredient made me feel angry! I don’t blame the team at the hospital at all. It is clear there is some sponsoring going on of the NHS, I’ll link some studies to maltodextrin & why it is a dangerous filler to consume! https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8963984/ Another example being that vitamin a is still villianised by NHS, people told to avoid liver when the 1 study this information is based on from 1984 has been reviewed and is now clear that was not done correctly. There are lots of new studies on how vital vitamin A is to pregnancy and beneficial especially when consumed with adequate amounts of vitamin d & vitamin k2. In a natural form such as in foods like liver rather than the artificial type which can be dangerous in large doses. https://lilynicholsrdn.com/liver-organ-meat/ Link to a blog from a nutritionist who explains how beneficial organ meat, liver, etc really is in pregnancy!xxx
