What supplements do you mamas take? What time of day do you do each? I’m currently doing iron (anemia) 2 hours after coffee (due to dairy in my coffee) then calcium and prenatal in afternoon (Dr recommended) Just purchased magnesium today.

I take a postnatal in the morning ( I don't usually drink coffee, but I do sometimes)

Vitamin D, magnesium and zinc. I take before bed

Vitamin C (1000 mg unless I feel sickness coming on then I up it to 2000), vitamin D, and a hair skin and nail gummy. I have stopped taking prenatal as I am not longer breastfeeding or pumping. I take them in the morning.

I take my Prenatals and hair/skin/nails gummies both at night before bed.

I plan to nurse at least a year, but my goal is 1.5 to 2
