When did you leave hospital after birth?
Hey there. I was wondering with Mo/Mo twins how long in general were you in hospital for after birth? I’ve just been told I’ll be admitted at 35weeks, and have no idea what happens from there on. I’m being passed onto a different doctor ( yet to meet) as my current said I’m too high risk for her, so feeling a bit in limbo at the moment.

Mine were Di/Di but they were born at 36w1d and we all went home 48 hours later which I was surprised about just because I developed postpartum pre-eclampsia and they couldn't get my blood pressure down even with meds but they just let me go home and monitor it on my own and I was fine 🤷♀️😅
My girls are DCDA and I was out in less that 24 hours!
Mo/di and just shy of 35weeks. I could have been out on the second day but because my girls were in NICU they let me stay a bit longer to be with them. I think it was 5 days and then they need the room for another patient

I had DCDA twins and we stayed at the hospital for 3-4 days since my twins were my first and I was borderline to having preeclampsia so they needed to see if my high blood pressure was crazy after birth and I needed to have 2 iron infusions was induced at 37+1 both delivered vaginally hope this helps x
