Early bloody show

I’m 36 weeks and had a lot of unusual looking discharge today. I saw my midwife and showed her photos and she thinks it’s my bloody show! Has anyone experienced bloody show and not gone into labour for a while after? I feel pretty prepared so if I go into labour then so be it but I wanted to know if anyone has had this happen and it’s been a couple of weeks until labour?

I was the opposite hun. I had my show on a Tuesday night. Woke up fine the Wednesday then later on started getting period pains/cramps. Went to the hospital and I was 6cm 😂😂😂 no idea how because I felt fine until they broke my waters and then all hell broke loose 😂😂 I had my son the Thursday morning. Good luck if labour is about to begin! ❤️❤️

No way! That’s crazy! My midwife seemed quite sure that baby would be here soon so part of me thinks they’re coming but I feel so normal right now it’s hard to imagine 😂 thanks for sharing 😊
