My due date is also today and nothing has happened to me, what’s the exercises you’ve been doing to help induce labor? Also I would say you starting but they say if you can fill a pad full of liquid then it’s your waters/ I would give your midwife a call just in case

I would go to the hospital because they will be able to confirm if it’s your waters. Put a pad there so they can test it too! I found that my waters smelt funny but deffo not like pee

I personally would just wait and see if you get contractions; my water broke with my 2nd and contractions started slowly. I would go in to get checked if I DIDN’T start having contractions because you don’t want to go an extended time with your water broken, but if labor starts on its own you can just follow the 5-1-1 rule before going in. But peace of mind might be more important!

I was due on the 16th but had my little guy on the 13th. I had ZERO signs of labor except the mucus plug slowly going away, until the morning of when my contractors were about 1 min apart. Super weird compared to my first! If you have a number to call, I'd call them. See if they want to check you out or what advice they give.

Amniotic fluid/water breaking smells different than pee. Smell the fluid to see which one it is. Also, unless you’re having contractions there’s no need to go to the hospital. Its pretty common to go past your due date, I had my baby at 40w5d

I’d go in and get checked. Just to confirm it’s your waters. In the UK they like to try and get tiu to have the baby 24 hours after your waters have broken due to the risk of infection x

As disgusting as it sounds smell the fluids that are leaking. If it’s pee you’ll be able to smell but if there is no smell then it’s your amniotic fluids. However, to be on the safe side ring maternity triage and ask to have it checked x

I would wait till you have contractions, I had the same symptoms on my due date plus contractions(13th) and was only 2cm so I was sent home a 16th I had a membrane sweep at my next appointment and my daughter was born the following day, cause I started having contractions back a hour back but not bad ones till I went to the hospital at 3am and then I was 3cms and they kept me cause I was overdue and was gonna recheck at 5am and they progressed to back to back and they was not for the weak but it helps sitting in a squat position and I was in labor till 6pm and she was here by 6:51

Also in the UK it’s important you report it because you need to give birth within 24 hours of them going for infection reasons x
