Pregnant again

Any moms have a c section and get pregnant 9 months post partum?? My doctor is going to flip her shit cause she told me to wait until 18 months cause my scar could open. Idk how to feel but I would love to know how your next pregnancy was after having a csection

Yes. My daughter is 9 months and I'm 9 weeks pregnant. My doctors never said anything. If they said it is healed at your 6 week post Pardom check, I wouldn't worry. I had my first c section 9 months ago. I was told I healed good. Only problem I have is moderate subchronic hemorrhage bleeding which is slowly going down by gradually bleeding which is scary but baby is fine. Otherwise so far so good

There is nothing your doctors can do if you get pregnant again. Many people get pregnant after they have a baby right away. You waited 9 months. That's enough time to heal on some people

Im not going through this but I agree with @Lindsey there’s people who get pregnant immediately after they get the green light at their 6 week PP check! I was told it was safe to get pregnant again after 1 year so you’re pretty close mama! I wouldn’t stress it, congratulations ❤️

My doctor told me I was okay to get pregnant at 6 months pp. The scar is fine for pregnancy if I wanted another cesarean. However, if I want a VBAC, I had to wait until 18 months.
