Ways to induce labor at home?

I’m 39 weeks and want this baby out! No castor oil as that is proven to be highly dangerous. Any ideas?

Get an electric hedge trimmer! I did 3 hours with that and my waters broke a few hours later with contractions starting a few hours after that 😅 I was only 36 weeks though 🤦🏼‍♀️ nesting hit hard 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

Try pumping?

@Lauryn I am screaming laughing because I wasn’t sure where you were going with that😂😂😂 So funny

@Molly ha ha yeah it seemed like such a good idea at the time! 🙈 I did 2 tip runs that day too. Went for a nap and woke up after 40 mins to a little pop and my waters went everywhere for hours 🤦🏼‍♀️ she was born less than 24 hours later 😂

Mine broke when I was laughing at reels. Just relax and don’t try to force it

Check with your midwife to be safe!

Baby will come when it’s ready. You can try all the natural things. They most likely won’t work. - Mom of 3

more than anything, patience and rest. but yoga, walking, sex, bouncing on a ball, pumping won’t hurt

I pumped for colostrum and went into labour the next day
