Baby girl arrived Sept 12. ❤️ I started having contractions at 2 am on the 10. Got up to use the bathroom around 3 and realize I was bleeding so I woke my husband up and I called L&D ( first baby so I was scared). They said it’s fine and I don’t need to come in. My contractions last the whole day. It was inconsistent though. Like every 5-6 mins but it was painful as hell (thought I had a high pain tolerance). Ended up going to L&D that same night and I was only 1cm so they told me to go for a walk and in 2 hours they’ll check again. The walk was hard because I kept stopping cause of contractions but my husband was there to support me 💕 after 2 hours I was still 1cm so they sent me home. I wasn’t able to sleep at all since 2am Tuesday. Next day I spent the day in water. I brought my yoga ball in the shower with me and had the water falling on me. It gave some sort of relief. I later called L&D again and the receptionist said since I’m supposed to get induced the next day I could just ask them to admit me. So I went and turns out I was 4cm dilated so I was able to get the epidural thankfully. From that point it was a waiting game. At around 11 I was 9cm dilated but my waters didn’t break and they said we’ll start when it does. Doctor eventually broke my water and turns out she had her first poop inside. I immediately went to google 😂 but she was fine. Pushed for like 15 mins and she was out. And we got sent home next day. Pic of my 2 weeks old princess 💕
