Dilation and effacement
I’m 2cm dilated and 70% effaced. Any mommas who went into labor spontaneously with a prior baby, what was your last cervical check before labor started? I know they say it can still take weeks, but just wanting to try to gauge how much time I have left 😅

I went into active labor at <2cm and hit 10cm in 12 hours lol 😂
My Dr also told me I may hang out at 1cm for a while but after I left I moved around ALOT. I walked around 2 stores shopping until my body pretty much demanded I go home lol it was ON from there!
I was only 1cm dilated and was 37w, water broke halfway at 37w3d at 1am and they ended up having to break my water at the hospital at about 12pm completely and then basically induced me after 14 hours of being there and pushed for an hour and had my son.

I went into the labor the morning of my 39week exam…she checked me and I was 1cm, my daughter was here the next morning
