@Amelia thank you. This makes me feel much better. I am right at 20 weeks and this started happening recently. it is definitely not enough to go through a pad, just a pair of underwear. Just at the point where I question every little thing.
See I was told something different to the above comment. The ladies I spoke to said it can leak slowly which is more common than your typical gush of waters breaking. You can have a very small hole and it can slowly leak. If you are ever unsure it’s best to get checked because you won’t fully know unless you are swabbed and checked my friend had a similar experience to you and was also told they can mimic eachother. Everyone gets told so many different things, you’d probably be told something different too xx
When I happened for me I called it swamp crotch, had to change my underwear twice😅
I also had this at 20+ weeks, thought it was the weirdest thing ever. Completely forgot about it
My waters broke this morning. It was very much a gush and it hasn't stopped leaking
I did when I was around 20 weeks. The doctor I seen at the hospital said it’s extremely rate for amniotic fluid to leak slowly. She basically said that there’s so much discharge up our vagina during pregnancy that the body physically doesn’t have the time to thicken it, so it comes out watery. I was advised if I thought it was again then to put a fresh pad on and lie down for 30 minuites. If the pad was soaked after then it’s more likely to be waters x
