For my first I went to Haywards heath i ended up having an emergency c section on Christmas Day. The staff were amazing towards me and my son even offered to help me out with him so I had a few hours sleep! If you can get to Haywards heath I would definitely recommend it! Xx

Princess Royal Haywards heath! Have emergency c section there 4.months ago and they were incredible

Thank you so much for your response, I will inform the midwife that I am switching to princess royal hospital. Hopefully it’s not too late as I am 31weeks gone

Definitely do! I've heard so many bad things about East Surrey births! I was in Princess Royal for 7 nights and at the begining I was anxious when my midwife left her shift as I didn't want someone new going down there 🤣 but each midwife was just as friendly and comforting as the last! They were so helpful and always seemed to be smiling even at 3am....it seemed like they all had a ge line passion for their jobs and for helping people

I had my little girl at Princess Royal 10 weeks ago, it was a very uncomplicated birth and they were amazing at letting me let my natural instincts lead me and didn't interfere too much which I appreciate hugely. A friend of mine also gave birth there 2 weeks ago which had a very rare complication, so rare they have never actually seen it happen before only learnt about in training. My friend can not speak highly enough of how amazing they were, they truly did save her and her sons lives. 2 very different experiences but both very good. Hope that helps 😊

Oh god, I am going to East surrey. Do you mind if I asked what happened when you was there? This is my first and I am a bit scared :/
