Successful VBAC stories

My midwife mentioned that because I’ll only be 23months post csection that I will more than likely not be allowed to go over my due date with this pregnancy if I wanted a successful vaginal delivery. Has this been the case for anyone ? Or has anyone went over and still been successful? I want to avoid induction as it can lead to other complications but that’s basically what she was saying would happen when I reached my due date if baby is not here. I was 5 days before my due date when I went into labour with my first so praying for the same for this bubba🤞🏼👶🏼

I was 27 months between my emergency section and my VBAC but the consultant did tell me they like it to be 18 months plus so I’d think you should be fine 🥰 they said as long as it was over that they’d be happy to let me go 10 days over (if me and baby were both well I’d have declined induction even at 10 days over though), so don’t let them fob you off with what they will and won’t allow, they aren’t allowed to refuse, everything is your choice 🥰

I’m due in 10 days with my second, will be 17 months after my emergency c section. They’re letting me go to 41 weeks to hopefully go into spontaneous labour and if I decide I still dont want my c section on that date then I’m going to call up and say I’m not doing it. They cannot force me into surgery and it is my midwife who has said all of this to me x

I’m currently pregnant, due in March, I had a c section in July last year so there’ll be a 20 month gap or so. When I said to the midwife at my booking appointment I wanted a VBAC she was happy for me to do that. There wasn’t any conversation about another c section. She did say they do not induce with VBACs, but no mention at all of it not being possible or any time frame to go into labour by x
