Socks with grips on the bottoms and/or slippers, too.
So yea in case of c section you prob don’t want to wear pants unless they are very loose and comfy. But a loose comfy dress is prob best and maybe long socks since it’ll be December and cold. Maybe you might want to bring soups to eat , they recommend eating warm foods and easy to digest. That’s all I can think of that was different when it comes to having a c section and packing your bag
A robe or nightgown that way nurses can easily check your incision!
I'll post pictures of my packing list from baby 1! But I didn't have a c section so no help there. I added some unnecessary stuff like a towel, blanket and pillow cause it's nice to have your own stuff. Shower stuff not necessary unless you want your own stuff as well (but I suggest it, made me feel so much better). And easy on the stomach snacks are great, my nurse let me/suggested to eat a few small snacks but also not necessary. And I'd bring formula even if you want to breastfeed just in case so you know baby will get the formula you want and not whatever the hospital has (unless you don't care!). It's really up to you if you want to pack light or if you want to be comfy 😂 I did unmedicated so I wanted aalllll the comfort stuff
Thank you all 💜
Most hospitals these days will provide for you (check with them though). Outside of that chargers, toiletries, what you and baby will wear home, snacks, and car seat. I went to a birthing class at my birthing hospital and they said they are providing adult diapers, mesh undies, pads, etc. for like a week straight
