Also daycares don’t charge much more for multiple kids. But if they are two years apart you might be able to have your new baby go into daycare when your first child goes to upk (if you have that available by you).
This is why I have my in laws watch my child. I only make 2k a month. I work in healthcare as a med tech in a personal care home. I work 3 days a week and then every other weekend. So my in laws watch him those three days and my husband is home on the weekends I work. I am beyond grateful for my in laws and I don’t know how anyone does it when they have to pay for daycare. We make to much money to qualify for anything from the government but yet basically live paycheck to paycheck.
Honestly you probably would be better off getting a nanny in home might pay less depending on how much they go for around you and then your children are in your home and probably wouldn’t get sick to often. This is what my sister does she lives in Ny and there really isn’t many daycares in her area.
I believe daycare costs might vary based on where you live. I know that by me daycares charge significantly more for babies under 2. Perhaps ask for pricing based on sending a 2 year old and plan to have your next child once they would turn 2? Good luck! :)
