Little and often, and lots of lists, even if you make them then walk away without actioning any of it - writing it in the first place is one job done x
If you're worried about your hospital bag I'd start packing little bits each time you're feeling to do so so it's not such stress all in one. Have you spoken with your partner on how you're feeling?
Hey, also 31 weeks this week and feel similar. Still working full time, 13 hour shifts day and nights which is hard physically and mentally. Also have 3 older kids and running the house as normal, but scrubbing the shower is getting more difficult and can cause quite a bit of back pain. I think for me it’s more weariness/exhaustion… it’s an overwhelming time and you need to be kind to yourself. Take some time out, do something nice for you whether that’s a bubble bath with candles/facemask or a little date night. Talk to your partner about how you’re feeling re body aches - if he doesn’t know he can’t help! Also haven’t packed a bag or washed baby clothes… still got plenty of time 😉 will likely do it when I’ve finished work
You have plenty of time. Make a list of what needs doing, see if there's anything your partner can do to help keep him out of the way of your hormones, make a list of priorities for the things that you yourself can do including setting aside a bit of time for your own self care. It'll all come together, you've got this 😊 one task every day is better than cramming 6 into a weekend and being exhausted through the week
